The Belvedere 3 apartment was completely renovated in June 2022. It is a 100 square meter apartment, plus 30 square meters of equipped terrace, balcony and private garden. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, a storage room and laundry room with washing machine.

In all, it can comfortably accommodate 7 people. It is also the ideal solution for two couples who want their own privacy. The enchanting view of the lake and the Borromean Islands completes its beauty.
